Emma House is the Trade & International Director for the Publishers Association. She graduated in 1995 with a BA (hons) in Spanish and Business Studies and spent the first 7 years of her career in magazine publishing with EMAP, IIR and Reed Business International. She joined The London Book Fair in 2001 and spent 7 years in the organisation of the fair latterly as Head of International Development before leaving in December 2008. Emma joined the Publishers Association in Jan 2009 as International Director, overseeing the PA’s global anti-piracy campaigns and recently took up the expanded role of covering the PA’s Trade Division in addition to her International responsibilities.
