Boardworks is an Oxford-based educational publisher. We are currently recruiting for a temporary customer support role for our ground-breaking online homework platform, Doddle.

This position is full-time Monday-Friday for the duration of three weeks, from the end of August to mid-September.
Your role will be to support our customers, based in schools, with their subscriptions to Doddle for the new academic year. You will work in a busy, friendly team, handling customer enquiries both from e-mail and telephone. Strong administration skills are a must, as well as excellent written and verbal skills and an ability to prioritise and organise under pressure.
