The New Internationalist is looking for a thoroughly organized, efficient person to work as a member of the editorial team in our Oxford office. The Production Editor will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the editorial processes, managing editorial production of the New Internationalist magazine, books, annual publications (calendars, diaries) and handling the administration and scheduling related to those processes.

New Internationalist Publications Ltd is a co-operative of 20 people campaigning on issues of social and global justice. You will bring to the job experience of working in the production of books, magazines or newspapers to an excellent standard, proofing and copy-editing skills, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for social-justice publishing.  You will be a self-starter who is nevertheless committed to working as part of a co-operative team. This is a 28-35 hours a week position based in Oxford. Salary: £34,000 pro rata.
